Eligibility RequirementsThe ADP© Mobile Solutions app is available to employees of ADP adp mobile solutions login clients in the US using these select ADP Services. The select ADP services that work with ADP Mobile Solutions are iPay Statements, Workforce Now 2.0 and higher for mid-sized companies, and specific versions of Portal Self Service for large clients including Vantage and Enterprise HR. Each employee must already have an ADP User ID and password. I don’t know how they got this up to 4 and a half stars, but beware anyone who has to use this service.

My user names are never available because I’ve already taken them. Then I get to repeatedly enter the same information over and over when onboarding. Then, go work for a new company, create a new user account, and go through this insanity again. I’ve created the same emergency contacts for three different accounts now. And none of this includes the disaster of every day use.

RUN Powered by ADP® Payroll for Partners

Many, including myself, are nervous about time, as we don’t want to hit overtime accidentally or be under hours accidentally. This app will nearly guarantee you have more problems than before. If possible, avoid this app, if not possible then prepare to suffer because if you go to their help page it’s a Ai that offers one solution, and if that doesn’t work than you are out of luck. I’ve never had to talk to managers more about time than after having to use this app, starting last July, and every day that I’m forced to use it is a worse day than the last.

Whomever is giving this app such high ratings must not be actually using it. ADP makes the folks at PayChex look competent. I like the ADP app, I’ve had it with different jobs which I’m happy to have worked with having this app, because I can go back years and still be able to see old statements. I have my push notifications on through my iPhone, I’ve been attempting to do the same through the app but unfortunately no settings for notifications. My employer uses ADP for our schedules, and I physically have to go into the app and tap my way into schedules just to be able to see my schedule.

There are many other employees and I’m sure it’s hard to keep track. I want to be able to go in the app and add my availability as well as request time off. Another feature to have is a shift switch, sometimes we as employees want to switch shifts with others and we can’t do that in the app. We have to verbally say it and when they finally do switch, it takes ADP hours to make the switch.ADP just needs more features for employees. With ADP Mobile Solutions, employees can access a wealth of features including benefits plan information, retirement accounts, pay card transactions and employee contact information.
